Parish Annual Fund Drive Campaign to Reduce the Debt |

Funds raised through the Annual Fund Drive last year (2008/2009) and this year (2009/2010) will be used to help pay down our debt to the Archdiocese. The debt stems from the building of the new church and school addition in the 1990s. Currently, our total debt stands at $2.64 million. With this campaign, the Archdiocese has presented us with the opportunity to pay down our debt and save money in the process. Between now and June 30, 2010 all funds raised for debt reduction are exempt from the Archdiocesan Assessment of 8.7%. This assessment is charged on all parish revenue and is used to help fund the downtown offices and services.
